Welcome!
I’m Jennifer

Since 2019, I’ve worked as an OT supporting children in developing skills including executive functioning, self-regulation, and confidence in daily life. With training in sensory processing, DIR floortime, interoceptive awareness, handwriting, and more,  I love helping kids and families find practical, joyful ways to thrive—at home, at school, and in the community. I stay up to date with the latest research and interventions, so your child receives the most effective, evidence-based care

My background

I became an occupational therapist(OT) because it’s a profession that considers the whole person, including their culture and community.  OT proactively addresses a person's needs, mental and physical.

I practice with the understanding that both our internal and external experiences shape the ways we interact with others and understand ourselves and our world.

Practicing as an OT also led me to my own ADHD diagnosis,  which has helped me to better understand how neurodivergent clients may feel, and how the systems they participate in may not be well-suited to support their unique strengths and needs.

As a mom, I also really appreciate flexibility and support that is convenient and comes to you, where you need it. I know the juggle, the questions, the deep love, and the need for support that fits into real life.

As a neurodivergent person with ADHD, and a leftie I understand firsthand how it feels to navigate a world not always built for us. Using that perspective, I strive to see and affirm each child’s unique ways of thinking, sensing, and moving—without pathologizing their differences.

As a solo provider, I offer care that is flexible, personal, and deeply invested in the well-being of both your child and your family. I value balance, autonomy, and sustainability—in my work and in yours. This means I strive to create therapeutic experiences that are not only effective but joyful, empowering, and life-affirming for everyone involved. I focus on connection first, and provide up-to-date, evidence-based treatment interventions to support every client.

If you're looking for therapy that’s collaborative, relational, and rooted in the real world—inside and out—you’re in the right place.
